Michael B. Ryan, CPA Founder and Managing Member

 

Mike has over thirty-five years of business consulting experience to insurance agencies and brokers. During that time he has successfully negotiated the purchase, sale and merger of numerous agencies throughout New England. He works with buyers and sellers of agencies to determine agency values, develop optimal tax strategies and provide the expertise to structure successful agency acquisitions.

 

He has been a lecturer and presenter before numerous insurance and business groups including the MAIA Big Event Insurance Agency valuation seminar. Mike has written agency sales articles for insurance industry trade journals such as The Standard and Agency Checklists. 

Mike is a certified public accountant with over forty years of public accounting and business experience. A 1976 graduate of the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, he is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents, the American Institute of CPA’s and the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s
